"Oh my God," Drew yelped as she finally reached Tay and Will in a dark corner of the dance floor.

"What?" Tay grinned through his eyebrows as he looked up at Drew.

"Risky aren't we?" she laughed as Tay pulled his hand out of Will's pants.

"Listen Miss Thing, you know if you were in my position you'd be doin' the same damn thing so don't start, okay," Tay went off on her in a voice Will had never heard come out of his mouth before.

"How very fagulous of you," Drew winked.

"Now come on up to the VIP area, you two need a breather and a drink or two," she grinned pulling them both to the stairs.

"What I wanna drink they don't pour," Taylor growled with a wicked grin.

"Oh behave," Will replied in his best Austin Powers.

"Kermie," Shiye whispered.

"Hmm," Ike muttered in his sleep as he rolled over.

"Come to bed," she whispered kissing him on the cheek while giving his arm a tug.

"Oh mmmm kay," he muttered still more than half asleep as he stood up.

Shiye grabbed his pillow and wrapped her arm around him and led him back to the bedroom.

"I'm sorry," he muttered quietly as he sat down on the bed, his eyes still shut.

"I know sweetie," she whispered kissing him on the cheek.

"I tried to call," he began to slur in his sleep.

"It's ok, we can talk about it later," she smiled.

"Come on," she whispered as she pulled him back into the bed and covered them up.

"I love you," he whispered as he trailed off into sleep again.

"I love you too Isaac," Shiye whispered quietly as she closed her eyes.

Daphne felt her heart race as Zac's fingers trailed under her bra. Opening her eyes she looked up at the ceiling as he kissed her neck.

"Zac," she gasped slightly.

"Yeah," he asked glancing up.

"Are you sure?" she tried to continue but found herself out of breath.

"If you don't want to yet," he whispered.

"I'm not sure," she replied quietly, her cheeks turning red with self consciousness.

"I'm happy if you're happy," Zac whispered quietly as he kissed her cheek.

Sliding his hand down to the waistline of her pajamas he took a chance and nudged his fingers under the elastic. Daphne gasped slightly but said nothing. He inched his fingers lower coming to a rest in a place he had wanted to touch for so long.

"Zac," she whispered her back arching.

"Yeah," he replied quietly as his fingers began to move.

"Oh God," she moaned.

Grinning to himself quietly he continued as she began to breathe?faster.

"You two are scandalous," Drew laughed as they sat down in a dark corner of the VIP balcony.

"It's only a scandal if someone finds out," Taylor laughed as he dug around in his jacket pocket.

"What are you looking for?" Will asked as he noticed that Taylor was getting a little agitated.

"My stash," he muttered.

"It's in your pouch back at Shiye's," Will whispered.

"Fuck, you're right," Tay frowned.

"Weed," Drew asked as she held up a joint.

"Thank you," Taylor smiled brightly.

"You can have that one, I got another," she grinned.

Tay's eyes sparkled in the light cast by the small lighter as the flame lit the tip of the joint.

"I normally use a bong, but you can't like drag one around with you," Drew smiled as she exhaled.

"No shit, me too," Tay coughed as the smoke made his lungs tickle.

"So, making out with a boy, getting drunk, smoking weed, tonight's just full of action," Drew giggled.

"Naw, the action was earlier in the back of the rental car," Tay smirked as Will's eyes grew wide.

"You're so bad," she laughed.

"Actually I think I was pretty good, wasn't I?" Tay growled as he began to kiss Will on the ear.

"Gimme that," Will blurted as he took the joint out of Taylor's hand.

"Hey," Tay yelped.

"You can have it back, damn I just need a few hits if I'm gonna survive this conversation," Will laughed nervously.

"Oh, hey you don't have to worry about me," Drew smiled.

"It's not you I'm worried about, it's my nerves," Will exclaimed before he took a long deep hit.

"Shit," Tay exclaimed as he watched Will hit the joint.

Will glanced over at Taylor with a puzzled look on his face as he held his breath.

"Iron lungs," Tay muttered as he took the joint from Will.

"Hey, just because you've never seen me hit it doesn't mean I don't," Will replied after he exhaled.

"I didn't know you did," Tay replied.

"There are a few things about me you have yet to learn," Will grinned.

"And what might they be?" Tay replied with a mock sneer.

"Well for one," Will started.

"Hmmm," Tay asked leaning in.

"I don't mind you fucking me in the ass, but it'd be nice if we shuffled it around a bit," Will replied wickedly.

"Oh," Tay almost blurted as his face flushed.

Drew giggled.

"Here," Tay said standing up half way handing Drew the rest of the joint.

"What?" she asked as she reached for it.

"I think we both have had enough," Tay exclaimed.

"I wouldn't mind gettin' between these cheeks," Will growled as he groped Taylors butt.

"Oh my god," Tay yelped as he jumped forward.

Drew cracked up and fell out of her seat.

"What are you doing?" Taylor suddenly laughed his face bright red.

"If you don't know I must be doing it wrong," Will laughed.

"No, I know what you're," Tay gave up realizing it was useless.

"Taylor," Alex's voice could be heard as they all turned and looked up.

"Oh hey," Tay replied suddenly appearing more sober than he had been a few seconds ago.

"What's goin' on?" he asked.

"What the hell does it look like?" Will growled.

"Come on mister I wanna dance," Drew exclaimed pulling Alex away from Taylor and Will.

"No, really what is goin' on Taylor are you dating him?" Alex asked swatting Drew away.

"Alex, I," Tay replied nervously.

"Come on this is my favorite song," Drew continued to nag Alex trying to get his attention.

"Well, you what, so you are dating him?" Alex replied with an expression on his face that mixed anger with jealousy.

"What, it's not like you were dating him," Will suddenly broke his silence.

"Funny, I thought I was," Alex replied as Taylor turned as white as a sheet.

"What?" Will replied quietly looking at Taylor.

"No," Taylor started.

"So you and I, all this time, and you and him?" Will started as his face began to turn red with anger.

"No no, it was nothing like that," Taylor suddenly began to stutter trying to shake a coherent sentence out of his weed fogged brain.

"Yeah, I bet nothing, just like us," Will almost whispered as he slid away from Taylor and stood up.

"What, Will no, wait," Taylor squeaked as he jumped up knocking the small table in front of him onto the floor.

"Why should I?" Will replied turning away.

Drew stood quietly looking shocked.

"Will stop," Taylor commanded causing Will to turn slightly.

"What?" he replied quietly without looking back.

"Wait in the car, I'll be there in a moment and I'll explain it all," Taylor exclaimed in a voice that could have convinced judge and jury of his suddenly sober condition.

"Yeah," Will replied quietly as he walked towards the staircase preventing Taylor and everyone else from seeing the tears that were streaming down his face.

*          *          *          *          *

"Mmm, I love you," Daphne cooed quietly into Zac's ear as she snuggled against him.

"Love you too," he grinned down at her.

"I wish we could stay like this forever," she smiled.

Zac chuckled.

"What?" she asked glancing up.

"One of us is gonna have to use the bathroom sooner or later," he laughed.

"Oh yuck, you and the bathroom, I swear," she laughed as she buried her face in his chest.

"Just trying to be realistic," Zac smiled.

"Yeah, well sometimes I like fantasy," she sighed.

"Oh really," Zac replied as a grin crept across his face.

*          *          *          *          *

Taylor dreaded each step he took closer to Will. The car was about fifteen feet away. He kept tracing through his mind how he would explain things. How he would react to Will given how Will would react to him. He found himself trembling slightly as he reached for the handle.

He opened the door, sat down and closed it.

"Will," he began quietly.

"Drive," Will interrupted.

"What?"

"Drive, I don't wanna discuss any of this in the parking lot of this shit hole," Will snapped causing Taylor to jerk slightly back in his seat.

"Ok," he replied quietly as he turned the car on and put it into gear.

"Where?" Taylor began to ask.

"Anywhere but here," Will replied.

Taylor found himself at first driving aimlessly on the four o'five. It wasn't until he began to think about the ocean that he realized how close he was to Malibu.

"Point Dume," he thought to himself.

Glancing at his watch it was nearing five am, the sky was still a dark blue. The stars distantly twinkled over the western horizon. He pulled the car to a stop in the deserted beach parking lot. The dark ominous outline of the Point stood out on the beach. Before he could say anything Will got out and began walking.

The sand, cold and damp on his bare feet, Will stared out at the waves as he walked toward the shoreline. The sand grew harder and cooler as he reached the tide. The cool water splashing at his feet he looked south down the beach towards the Point.

His mind scrambled slightly. His brain asked him where he had seen this before, goose bumps sprinkled across his skin as he began to feel like he had been there before, when he knew there was no chance. He began walking.

Taylor looked out the windshield as Will walked into the darkness towards the ocean.

"What am I going to do?" he asked himself out loud.

He opened the door took off his shoes and tossed them into the back seat. A few moments later he found himself a couple of yards behind Will. The ocean wind blasting momentarily across his body then breezing gently moments later. The rush of warm and cool air around him.

He stopped walking just as Will had. The towering rock point against the night sky in front of them both. Will seemed to be staring up at it, then down at the collection of crumbled boulders and rocks at the ocean edge.

"We dated for about a month," Taylor started bravely.

"I was wracked with that feeling of loss, I couldn't understand it," he continued.

"I had lost you only a few months before that, but we both know it wasn't in our ability to remember," Tay explained walking up behind Will.

"I was lonely, I was confused, I didn't understand the feelings I had inside," Tay whispered as he reached slowly out and placed his hand on Will's shoulder.

"Did you love him?" Will's voice could be heard, weak and tired.

"I think I loved the feelings he gave me," Tay tried to explain. Which was hard for him, because even at that moment he had yet to totally understand why he had dated Alex in the first place.

"Is that how it is with me?" Will asked snapping Taylor out of his internal motions.

"Is that how, what?" Taylor asked confused, having not heard the question fully.

"Are you just in love with the feelings I'm giving you?" Will asked turning to face Taylor.

Taylor's heart stung as his eyes met with Will's. Puffy, red, his deep green eyes washed with pain, anguish and sadness. The wind gusted from the water and blasted Will's shaggy brown hair around his face.

"William, I am in love with you," Taylor whispered as he reached his hand to Will's face and pushed his hair from his eyes.

"I am in love with everything about you, as well as all the things you make me feel about life," Taylor exclaimed as tears welled up in his beautiful blue eyes.

"How come he thought you two were still dating?" Will asked quietly glancing down into the sand.

"I don't know, I really don't," Taylor replied quietly as he took both his hands and cleared Will's face of his hair.

"We left, went back home to Tulsa after the last recording, I told him I'd see him around, but I never left him thinking, well I didn't think he thought we were still dating," Taylor replied looking at Will's face.

"Did you?" Will began to ask as he turned his face away.

"Did I, what?" Taylor asked as the possible question Will was asking crossed his mind.

"Did we, me and him," Taylor started as Will turned back to him his face scrunched up in pain tears pouring down his cheeks.

"No, don't tell me, please I don't think I could handle it, Taylor," Will sobbed falling against him burying his face in Taylors neck.

"Will," Taylor tried to calm him.

"I've never been with another person Taylor, you were the first and only one," Will cried.

"Will, we only kissed once or twice, he wanted to do more but every time," Taylor trailed off quietly staring out into the ocean as Will's sobbing calmed.

"Every time he tried to get me to go further, I kept seeing you in my mind, your face, clouded in confusion, I didn't understand it, but I knew I couldn't do it," Taylor replied swallowing the lump down in his throat as the memory of how he felt back then surfaced.

"Will, even though you weren't with me physically, you were with me spiritually, and I felt you all the time," Tay said lifting Will's face to his.

"I felt you too, so much it hurt," Will cried quietly.

"Please don't let a mistake I made, in a moment of my life where I didn't understand half of the things I was involved in destroy what we have now," Taylor exclaimed as a tear dropped down his cheek.

"Taylor, I love you so much, it scares me," Will cried.

"Shh," Taylor tried to calm Will again.

Pulling Will down beside him he sat down in the cool sand. Running his fingers through his hair, Will looked up into Taylor's eyes.

"I love you," Taylor whispered his mouth a breath away.

"I love you too," Will replied as they began to kiss.

The two of them, wrapped in each others arms, slowly laid back in the sand and kissed. The eastern horizon glowing a dark purple as the sun began to cast its golden glow across the Western Coastline. The stars shining brightly far out over the ocean as night met day.

"Come on, let's go on back to Ike's and get some rest, we've got stuff to do later today," Tay smiled as he kissed Will again.

"Stuff," Will asked as they stood up.

"Yeah, we're all going to a movie premier," Tay grinned.

"Oh wow," Will smiled.

"Yup, ouch," Tay blurted as he tripped over something in the sand.

Glancing down in the dim light something shined in the sand.

"What the hell is this?" Will exclaimed as he knelt down in the sand.

"Looks like," Taylor exclaimed rubbing his foot.

"Are you ok?" Will asked glancing up.

"Yeah just stubbed my toe."

"On?" Will muttered as he dug around the object with his fingers.

"A wine bottle," he laughed as he pulled it up out of the sand.

"Damn litter bugs," Tay growled.

"Shit, I know where I've seen this before," Will exclaimed as he stood up and faced the point, then the ocean.

"Oh kay, I give, where?" Tay asked as he scratched his head.

"Here, take this," Will smiled as he tossed the wine bottle to Taylor.

"Um, right," Taylor smirked in confusion.

"Ok rub it."

"What, um no," Taylor replied looking at Will like he was crazy.

"Just rub it, damn," Will pleaded.

"Where are you going with this?" Taylor laughed as he rubbed off some caked sand on the bottle.

"Whoosh," Will exclaimed as he stepped forward with his hands pressed together over his head.

"Huh?" Taylor asked blank faced.

"You're wish is my command Master," Will smiled as he knelt in the sand folding his arms over his chest.

"Oh brother," Taylor laughed rolling his eyes.

"This is the beach," Will yelped jumping up smiling.

"The beach ... "

"The beach where Major Nelson found Jeannie," Will giggled like a school kid.

"What?" Tay asked laughing as he turned around in a circle.

"Didn't you ever watch 'I Dream of Jeannie,' look see the cliff, the rocks, the beach, all it needs is a big SOS in the sand with her little bottle in it," Will replied with enthusiasm that made Taylor grin from ear to ear.

"He found her here, well I mean they filmed it here, I just know it, I'd recognize that anywhere," Will replied pointing to Point Dume.

"Yeah, ok well my command is for you to get your goofy butt in the car so we can go," Taylor laughed.

"Yes Master," Will laughed as he picked the bottle up out of the sand.

"You're not," Taylor laughed.

"Yes I am," Will said as he clutched the bottle to his chest.

"Ok, I've seen the show enough to know that her's didn't look like a wine bottle, her's was all funky shaped with groovy little designs on it," Taylor said folding his arms.

"Yeah yeah, but so what, this is my bottle," Will grinned.

"Fine fine, but if any creatures come crawling out of that thing you're gonna be in trouble," Taylor laughed as Will suddenly held the bottle away from his chest.

"Creatures?" Will replied eyeing the bottle warily.

"Yeah, you know like crabs or sand critters," Taylor replied.

"Sand critters," Will asked as his face grew a little pale.

Taylor laughed.

"Man, all kinds of little critters crawl all through the beach all the time, who knows what's made a home down in there."

Will yelped as he threw the bottle into the trash can near by.

"What changed your mind, don't wanna bring it home?" Tay teased him.

"No, I think something inside it didn't wanna go home with us," Will shivered.

"Huh?" Tay asked confused.

"Something inside it moved."

"Oh," Tay replied curling his upper lip.

"Yuck, let's go," Will replied jumping in the car.

"What's wrong?" Tay asked as Will rubbed his hands over his bare arms.

"Got the creepy crawly feeling."

"Oh, yeah sand critters," Tay laughed.

"Yuck, shut up will you, God I'll never get to sleep."

"I'll protect you," Tay laughed as he backed the car out.

"Some how I'm not that convinced," Will muttered as he smiled at Taylor.

"Hey, I can be butch," Taylor replied in defense.

"Yeah, right, 'eww kill it,'" Will mocked him.

"Hey, that spider was huge ok," Tay replied laughing instantly.

"No, it was the size of a dime, I've seen huge, hell I've run from huge."

"Whatever," Tay laughed.

"I love you Taylor," Will smiled.

"That's Master to you mister," Tay laughed as he realized how stupid that sounded.

"Yes Master," Will grinned wickedly as he rubbed Tay's leg.

"Eh, nuh uh, stop. That's my gas leg, squeeze it and we'll run a red light," Tay smirked.

"What if I squeeze?" Will grinned as he reached between Taylor's legs.

"Stop that you, my God you act like a nun on a field trip," Taylor yelped.

"You and your metaphors, geeze," Will smirked shaking his head.

"You really are horny aren't you?" Tay asked.

"Does a one legged duck swim in a circle?" Will asked.

"Oh my God," Taylor howled with laughter.

"So, if I remember correctly you wanted to ... switch it up right, you know in the sack," Tay smiled.

"Does a fat puppy hate fast cars?" Will asked.

"Ok ok seriously now," Tay laughed.

"Yeah, why?" Will yawned.

"I think I'm up for a little of that," Tay replied quietly.

"Sweet," Will smiled as he kissed Tay on the cheek.

Pulling back out onto Pacific Coast Highway they headed home. Yet again, personal disaster avoided. Little did they know that fate wouldn't give up that easily ...
