A Note from Jevic
TheEggman's website was called The Glass Onion and was around in the late 1990's and the early 2000's. He posted his own works as well as Journey of Love by The Journeyman, one of my all time favorites.
Why TheEggman and The Glass Onion? I'll let TheEggman explain.
This web site was opened in June of 1999. Why TheEggman? Why The Glass Onion? References to my fav band The Beatles and my fav song writer John Lennon. Glass Onion is a song on the Beatles "White" album.
Here are some comments from the About section of his website
Who is TheEggman? I'm just an average guy. I'm a network engineer by trade, an ametuer musician and author. I live a quiet life in the San Francisco Bay area. My hobbies include mountain biking, hiking, camping, occasionally I might play some volleyball or tennis.
Why do you write your stories? To share what I believe love is and to speak my mind about some injustices I see in society.
What is your "orientation"? I'm gay. It took me a long time to admit that but living a "bi" life wasn't cutting it. No matter what your orientation is, loving someone and being loved in return are the two greatest feelings in the world.

My first dive into absolute fiction. The characters honestly do not exist any where. They're a mix of guys I've known everywhere I've lived. The place exists, some of the descriptions of other places are real enough. I've lived in LA very close to Woodland Hills.

This story originated as a reply to my good buddy Comicality. As a matter of fact the final two paragraphs are almost exactly what I wrote him in February 1999. With his help and IOMfAtS (as well as a handful of other ICQ chats) it finally became the teaser start of a series. While it is fiction there really was a "Mark" and a great deal of the story is a jumble of old memories from 18 years ago. Did it really happen? Yep! Not exactly as written. Hey, this is fiction! There's always some happy ending. Don't you wish life was like that more?

I began to shake while thinking, oh man, my best friend wants to kiss me, what do I do? Maybe I would like sex with a girl, but I hadn't had that experience, and at the rate I was going, I wouldn't find out any time soon. My two experiences with Rich were comfortable, easy and fun for both of us. There was no doubt that I loved him, but was I in love with him? Would he want to put his mouth on my dick? More importantly, would I be able to do the same for him? Would he want to pork my bunghole? I had tickled and poked around down there while whacking off and it felt kind of wild. His cock was a hell of a lot bigger than a finger though. It took all our lives together to get this far. Only recently had I accepted that I was fantasizing about both girls and guys while I beat my meat. But it wasn't guys in general I dreamt of. It was Rich. I would relive my times with him over and over, changing the scene slightly, changing the talk, changing the circumstances that brought us together and made it so cool.

Now, in case you've never had this experience, there's a certain giddy feeling that overwhelms the average thirteen-year-old when he's crawling into a makeshift tent with his best friend. It's the feeling of independence I guess. We were outside, a good twenty or thirty feet from the back of the house so we were free to do pretty much as we pleased.

I wrote this story as an opening gift for Comicality's library. I challenged myself to write a story with lots of character detail and virtually no location detail.
